Amazing Chocolate cupcakes up for the grab

ingredients :

  1. 1 1/3 cups of flourchocolate cupcake
  2. 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  3. 2 tsp of baking powder
  4. 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1/8 tsp of salt
  6. 3 tbsp of butter softened
  7. 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 3/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  10. 1 cup of milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the filling cupcake tinseggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat well. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.
  3. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Frost with your favorite frosting.
